Conflict management
When people who work in the same organization are in conflict due to differentiating communication styles or values it is both respectful and important to act.
Sometimes it gets so far that you begin hurting each other through different behaviours, something that can affect the culture and work environment in a workgroup. We have extensive knowledge and experience in management of work-related conflicts and work, among other things, with developing new perspectives and strategies as well as coaching both individuals and groups to progress from locked situations.
