The EQ-i Bar-On has become the EQ-i 2.0!

Kandidata has been collecting data for a new version of the EQ-i called the EQ-i 2.0.

The EQ-i is an online self-reporting questionnaire that measures emotional intelligence, which is a collection of social, personal and emotional competencies and abilities that influence how well we handle stress and demands in our everyday and work-life. The EQ-i is the world’s first tool that measures emotional intelligence and it is based on over 20 years of research. It is a psychometric and well validated tool that can used to assess emotional intelligence or for coaching purposes in individual, team – and organizational settings.
