In our leadership development program we couple strategic and business-oriented leadership with personal development. The programs are comprised by self-revelation and reflection as well as outlining your own development goals. We alternate theory with interactive exercises and discussions as well as provide the opportunity to connect all learning to the person’s day to day life. The program can be given in individual or group settings, and it gives participants the chance to train their ability and to understand and manage their own capabilities and behaviours, such as their ability to make conscious and sensible decisions. The program starts off with an analysis of the current situation and ends with measurng the results to illustrate the change.
