Respons 360

Respons 360 is Kandidata’s internet-based tool which may be used to track individuals’ progress after coaching interventions or transitional processes, or as an instrument in organizational development work throughout the company or within the board of directorates.



The key to improve as a leader and colleague is one word; feedback. Kandidata’s Respons 360 provides the participant with information about how she or he is perceived by their environment and compares this information with a self-report. It could also be developed to specifically suit a certain type of workplace, work group or post. It is often about ensuring that the company’s values are clearly reflected in the questions asked.

Kandidata has developed its own tool Respons 360. The tool is internet based and easy to use and compile, enabling data collection from large groups of people. Each participant receives their own compilation of the report as well as the accompanying action strategy and workbook. The ability to tailor the content to each company’s specific needs and values is seen as a strong added value.


Respons 360 is used to achieve team development through individual progress. It can be used as a helpful tool during individual coaching interventions and can be intermittently distributed to improve business development. The tool can be used in leadership development, Management Audit/Peer Reviews and for internal recruitments. It has the biggest impact when continually used as an evaluation tool.

 

Kandidata has chosen to construct its own instrument in order to customize the questions and in an easy way translate the results into increased efficiency, both for the individual and for the organization. The Respons 360-tool can also be limited to a shorter variant that we call Peer Review. Our experience is that having a good feedback tool is more constructive than traditional employee surveys. It also helps all participants feel acknowledged and involved in the organization’s development.
