In our trainee-programs we work with personal development through creating new insight into individual strengths and areas of development, and then with training the capabilities and behaviours that the individual needs to develop.

Trainee-programs embody, amongst other things, management development through self-insights and reflections as well as through creating one’s own goals. Theory is alternated with interactive exercises and the ability to connect all insight to the day to day life of the individual. The exercises are performed both in group and individual settings with the help of different tools and instruments. After the program the participants will have gained a deeper insight into their own development, functioning as a toolbox for leading themselves, further growth and a base for a future leadership roles. We start with an individual analysis of the current situation– this can be done with, for example, the EQ-i 2.0 or a Diversity Icebreaker.
