Working with value systems
Does culture beat strategy? Yes, we believe it does. The culture of an organization or a company is not what is “in the walls”, but rather what the people share and convey. The culture is an attitude towards the surrounding world – who you are and how you would like to be perceived, inside and out.
Culture and values are based in feelings, and feelings are in turn a prerequisite for action. We have substantial and successful experience of connecting behavior to people’s emotional and affectional abilities to substantialize the basic principles and value – systems of companies. This will be done along with you, either individuals or groups, and perhaps with a train-the-trainer program. Have you chosen culture?
Irrespective of whether you want to develop a new value system based on new prerequisites or if you want to work with your existing ones, we contribute with tools and processes which helps you move your work in the right direction.
